The School of Criminal Law has more than 1200 students and 82 faculty members, including 54 professors and associate professors, among whom 42 hold doctoral degrees. Thisschool offers Legal Theory, Legal History, Criminal Procedure Law, Criminal Law, Jurisprudence and etc. Among them, Criminal Law has been selected as the national excellent course and a key research base of social science in Shaanxi province with Jurisprudence and Criminal Procedure Law being recognized as a Shaanxi excellent course. In addition, the school has built 15 research institutions, including Institution of Evidence Law, Institution of Korean Law，Institution of Case Law, Institution of International Criminal Law and Institution of Criminal Defense.
